Grossly Disappointed

onI found at Hyundai of Bedford a competitively priced Audi S7 2018. So I called to see what if any issues the car had. I was assured that H of B only buys cars that are top quality. And they perform a ~100-point inspection to make sure. I was excited and drove 2.5 hours to see the car. Sounded like a gem. That changed the second I started the car. I received a series of car errors in succession. Spoiler malfunction, ACC and Audi braking guard unavailable, Front tire pressure low. The AC did not work properly and the air smelled heavy with nicotine. That's when i noticed ~6 cigarette burns on the console and one completely through the leather driver’s seat. The front bumper was cracked. That explains the Driver Assist (ACC) failure. Various undercarriage plastic guard pieces missing. The rear bumper had multiple dents. The passenger side mirror was shattered. Unusable. Generally, the car was very dirty and I found spit (dry) in the center glove box. Later I told the dealerships owner what i found. He said used cars have "character". Not the character I want to spend for $51,000. An insult and a wasted day. Seriously? I have photos of each point mentioned in this review.

onI had a great experience buying my first car here. Travon was a wonderful salesman who has sold other cars to family members before. It was a very fast process and got to leave with the car the same night. They gave us a great deal on the car and I would highly recommend this dealership and Travon to everyone.

Customer Review - bought used car

onPeople were generally very personable and forthcoming throughout the organization, Hyundai makes a great car and the cars were fairly priced. I enjoyed my car rep, and I gave a 4-star rating because there were little items (filling up fluids and the gas tank after purchase) that were not done that could have made the overall experience top notch. They are also completing a new facility and the current space is not as customer friendly. Space should be better soon - though less important in the buying experience.

Fraud dealership!!!

onI drove all the way from Detroit Michigan under false pretenses from this dealership. They claim they were gonna get the deal pushed thru which they did not. 2 weeks after having the car a detective shows up at my door saying I stole their raggedy [non-permissible content removed] car!! I have a bill of sale including full coverage insurance on this car. I wouldn't recommend my dog to shop here!!!! Utter racism and complete unprofessionalism.

Horrible experience

onReceived 3 hard inquiries on credit (all for same finance company) while they located the vehicle was located to which I was promised 3 different dates. Finally go the car and 30 day tags expired and didn't get plates. Cannot receive a return phone call to get legal plates so we have a new, car that cannot be driven, so using my time and frustration to let as many people as possible know to beware!

onI have previously purchased from vehicles from Chuck A. and will continue to do so. He goes out of his way to make sure I am happy with my overall experience. I really appreciate the time he spends with me when I am making a purchase. He keeps checking on the different departments to give me an estimate of how much longer the process will take. I also appreciate that he will call and check with me to make sure everything is going well with my car after the purchase. He is an excellent salesman. Rhonda in the finance department was great to work with. She made the mundane task of signing papers a comfortable one. She really made me feel at ease and made sure I understood what all of the documents meant. I appreciate the fact that she took the time to make a personal connection with me.
