I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Dave Dennis for repairs after an accident. After getting my Jeep back (6 weeks later), I found a long list of problems not fixed, or new since the accident. They left my vehicle outside, in the rain/snow without it's hood. The engine and other components were all rusty and corroded. When I got the vehicle back, they had missed a few minor things like hooking the speedometer back up. After getting it back for the second time, I noticed that the radiator fan kept hitting the shroud. I took it to another shop to get looked at, and Dave Dennis had installed the wrong shroud, but had attempted to cut it and fit it into place-it didn't work. When I returned to Dave Dennis the third time, I requested the parts back after the repair (which you're legally allowed to do). I wasn't surprised to find out that they forgot to return the parts and had already disposed of them. Take your vehicle to Dave Dennis at your own risk.
