Minot Automotive Center

I had an appointment at 7:30 to replace a switch on my car. I called to check the progress at 10:00. Got the voicemail. Left a message. No call back. Called again at 11, guy that answers says he thinks it is done but will direct me to someone else to double check. She says they haven't even started on it yet but it should be done after lunch. My husband called at 1 to check on it and if they hadn't started on it we were going to pick it up as they had had it since 7:30 and we needed the car. Josh said it was tore apart and they were working on it and it should be done in an hour but he would call back in 15 minutes. Waited an hour (no call back) and called again. Different lady says they haven't even started on it. My husband says we are on our way to get it and never mind about fixing it. As we are driving to pick it up a lady calls and says they just started to tear it apart so we should drive slow to get there. My husband AGAIN tells her not to work on it and put it back together. Needless to say, the work never got done. I'm not real sure what the point in scheduling an appointment is when they aren't even going to start working on it until hours later. I thought if you make an appointment at 7:30, that's when they would start on your vehicle. The miscommunication and flat out lying was just ridiculous. We will no longer be doing any business here.
