The wife and I were looking for a different vehicle to replace our Tahoe. I called up a friend who works at Rydell looking for a recommendation on which salesman to use. He recommended Steve Flaat who I called up. I was very impressed with the fast and thorough responses I received during my search for a vehicle. One of the first things I noticed was that he would point out any flaws in a particular used vehicle along with the strong points. We looked at a few different options and just didn't think they had the very specific used model I was looking for. I ended up looking at some other dealer lots wishing I could end up using Steve and Rydell to make my purchase. After looking at many other lots and traveling as far as three hours away only to find junk that I was told were "like new" vehicles, I happily returned to Steve and Rydell to purchase our used Escalade. It wasn't the color we were after but I couldn't deny the quality of the vehicle nor the value of the deal. Steve Flaat made the transaction smooth and quick for us. I should also mention this is my fourth vehicle purchased from Rydell and I have been extremely pleased each time. I've also had nothing but positive experiences with the shop as well.
