One of my biggest grips is when some one give you a price on a basic service and it goes over the price quoted. I was told that two smart keys for my nissan would cost $210 45 minuetes later the car done the bill was $297 this is bad buisness, Only thing worse than that was the rude attitudes of the service and sales staff and I don't mean one of them the hole place was full of attitude definently not a dealership I will be doing buisness with again.
