Pros:

They can get genuine VW parts, clean shop & waiting area.

Cons:

This kind of service will end VW in America

We bought a 2005.5 VW Jetta 2.5 from Flow VW in Sept. 2005 - and tried to have all our service work on the car performed at the dealership.  Over our two years of ownership we never had a good experience getting the vehicle serviced there;
