Pros:

Decent service depatment.

Cons:

Extrodinarily poor customer sales service and uncompetitve pricing. Do not provide loaners.

Uncompetitive pricing, poor customer service

I bought a new Accord from Stevenson in 2004.  When I had to return it for a recall issue to be serviced, I was not offered a loaner since I worked in a neighboring county.  They expected me to miss 4 hours of work to sit in the waiting area while the work was being complete.
