Recommend this dealer? No Purchased a vehicle from this dealer? No, Did not receive a fair value for trade-in
Check this out, I have purchased "4" cars from this dealership in the last 5-6 years, and sold two others for them by bringing people in to buy. After this, I try to purchase a genesis Coupe & then a Volvo, requested an email quote/response, and a received a email stating they would contact me within 2-4 hours. About 3-5 days later I got an email, and said I had already been in contact with a sales rep on my own. He was fine and absolutely did his job. Still I loved the dealership, and have been very impressed with the service people and service reps. Let me say that again, the service is excellent, and I will still go there to service my Hyundai. If you have a history, they should want your business. I was in the car business, and repeat business and word of mouth referral is your life's blood. After two visits, and going from a Hyundai Genesis coupe to a Volvo S60 ( salesman did his job), I was offered a trade almost 4-5 K under Kelly BB value, and they said they thought there was too much paint on the car. Sounds questionable to me, what do you think? The worst part was I said I wasn't satisfied, and left to go home. Today it is 12/26, almost 11 days since this process started. I never had as much as a follow email, or call from anyone. I am planning to buy a Acura (2500 more on the trade in), and my wife was looking at their SUV while I was discussing the deal. This is unfortunate, but the owners of Parkway need to know that someone dropped the ball (not the salesman), and certainly not the service people who have been EXCEPTIONAL!
