Close to where I live.
Cons:
Just not a place I'd care to do business with.

I had my car serviced there one time and I'll never do it again. They just don't care about customer service, I pulled up to get an oil change and there were 3 guys standing around talking when I walked up, they ignored me for about 5 minutes.
