I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Versa from Classic Nissan of Statesville and I can't begin to tell you how well I was treated. From the minute I walked in the door I felt like I was a valued customer not just dollar signs. Immediately after walking in I had a sales rep, very genuine and friendly that was inquiring what I was looking for. At that point in time I really didn't have anything specific in mind. We did a walk of the lot and selected a few to test drive. After our test drive I was pretty certain on what vehicle I was going to purchase. We did a trade walk on my car and then started paperwork immediately. The wait time was shorter than any other dealership I had ever purchased from. Everything was cut and dry no fine print or a need to pay attention to every detail in fear of getting taken advantage of. After the paperwork was finished my sales rep walked me around the dealership and introduced me to everyone in the back office, parts and service. My first service appointment was scheduled at my convienience. I felt very welcomed and almost like I was part of a family. As soon as we were finished with that my car was out of detail and we went over the instruction manual and he even showed me how to hook up my blue-tooth. No dealership has ever offered to do that for me. I have to say that Classic Nissan of Statesville knows what they are doing and they are very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone I know and would definately purchase from there again.
