Moe was incredible at meeting all our goals in finding two new vehicles that we love and our comfortable with. He made sure from the first time encountering us driving into the lot that we felt welcome. Moe in my opinion made our purchasing a new car for the first time an extremely memorable moment. Moe went above and beyond to then find us a truck that we never thought would be possible in a 72 hour time frame. I would like to thank Brandon as well for taking the time to teach me about my vehicle. He also was such a pleasure. Thank you to the entire Deacon Jones family for taking all the stress out of our purchases with their professionalism while making us feel like part of their family.

This review is overdue, but I must say that Libby is an excellent representative of your organization. I found it much less stressful and intimidating to go through the car purchase process with a women. Libby hit it out of the park. She stayed more than an hour late helping me with paperwork and the sale. She is a valuable asset to your team. Although she is in finance, I feel that she would be a fine addition to your sales force because of her tact and negotiating skills. I did not feel pressured in any way. I drove two hours to see the vehicle and actually drove off the lot that night. There were some loose ends that needed to be tidied up and Libby went above and beyond to accommodate me. Mr. Lambert, if you see this, I would like to say thank you and commend Libby for a job well done. You have earned a loyal customer and I'd be happy to recommend your dealership. It was absolutely worth the trip. I'm currently on my first long road trip and thanks to you, I feel like I'm driving a limo-very happy with my purchase.

My wife and I recently moved to N.C. and this was our first vehicle purchase. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had, this was our 14th car we've purchased. Nick Poplaski was our Sales Consultant, he did an outstanding job, no pressure and he tended to all of our needs and wants. We'll definitely be contacting Nick for our next purchase.

Deacon Jones advertises a $5000 price match guarantee that if you bring them a written offer from another dealer for a like for like vehicle they will match for beat the other dealerships price. ITS A LIE!!!! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!
