I think the reviews here typify how we tend to tell a lot more people about a bad experience than a good one. For the negative reviews here, I am sure there are many more like mine that were positive experiences. Walter gave me all the time and attention I needed for inquiring about a new Audi. I was not familiar with the brand, so he spent a good amount of time explaining some of the differences. Sure, it was favoring Audi, but, duh, he works there. I wouldn't give him my contact information and he still let me test drive the car, unlike some other dealers who said they had to get my phone number in order to let me test drive or give me an estimate on my current car. He emailed me once after the test drive but to let me know about a used car he found that he thought would fit my needs. One things that drives me absolutely crazy about looking at cars is the emails and multiple phone calls after you visit, and there was none of this customer stalking done by Audi of Charlotte. I did end up buying a car there, and the paperwork was much more effecient than other cars I have bought. Walter spent about 1.5 hours with me going over all the gadgets, MMI, and basic car info with me upon delivery. I had some followup questions regarding google maps and downloading it to my vehicle, and he found the answer and got back to me within a day. My husband and I were talking and we said between us we have bought 4 "luxury"cars, and this is the first time I feel like I was treated the way a "luxury" car buyer would expect to be.
