Hilbish Ford

I'm not a big fan of vehicle service done at dealerships. Hilbish may change that. So far, all I've had done is routine service work. Each time, I have been greeted warmly by service writer who listens to what I want done, writes it up and shows me where the waiting area is. They usually give me a time frame for how long work should take. Waiting room leaves a lot to be desired. Thankfully the TV is turned down low. It helps to bring a book to read while I'm waiting. Vehicle is usually ready when promised, sometimes it is ready sooner. My vehicle is parked out front, just outside of service area. It is always clean. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable if I have a question.
