Horrible dealership, customer service, mechanics and general service

Pros:

Pretty girl at the front desk & nice gentleman with the shuttle, that's about it.

Cons:

Inept & uncaring people with no customer relation skills

What a rip-off dealership!!!!

Last week I noticed my serpentine belt on my 7.3 liter diesel pickup had frayed and was starting to make funny noises.  As I had a trip planned for the weekend, I took my truck to the local Ford dealer, Sanders Ford in Jacksonville, NC.

they wiil overcharge you and destroy your car

the worst ford dealer on the planet!!!! avoid at all cost!!!! they will rob you blind, charge for warranty repairs, damage your vehicle, leave out important parts causing unnecessary future repairs. would not even provide a loaner car when my service contract allows for one
