This was best experience I have ever had buying a car! I called on a Saturday and told Holt Holbrook that I was interested in a 2011 kia sorento and would like to come to look and test drive. Holt got all of my information and Called me on monday to see when I was looking to go down there and test drive some cars. I went the next day. when I wasnt there by the time I said he called to make sure I was still coming, he was very persistant, but without hounding me or being annoying! I got there we test drove the car and was very friendly and honest about KIA problems/issues. when we started negotiating the price, him and his manager Bill worked hard to get me a great price! (about 5grand less than Stevenson's price) I left that night with my new car at a price I was more than happy with. When I had to drive back the following day to finish the paperwork, they topped off my gas tank. Lee Kia has wonderful staff, they make you feel good about buying the car, and take really good care of you. The guys at this dealership are a perfect example of real Southern hospitality! Even the sales people who weren't selling me the car were so friendly! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lee Kia of Greenville, NC! The only con I can think of is that they don't have complimentary drinks. but they are only 50cents from the vending machine.
