We bought a 2009 Honda Civic EXL sedan from sales associate Charles Clifton on the last day of April 2009 and had a great experience with Charles, his sales manager, Yates Moon, and finance manager, Bob Puckett. Charles has years of sales experience and was easy to work with. The sales experience was typical in many ways with those we have all experienced at dealers, a little give and take, since they are not a no-haggle operation, but work with them and both sides can come away a winner. Do some homework here on Edmunds, stay focused on how many dollars an hour you are earning in the negotiating process, accept the challenge and you can be happy about the time used in making a deal at any dealer and certainly at Crown Honda especially. And never forget the resale value, which in the long run may be your best savings on a Honda. The Civic is our second vehicle from Crown -- we bought an Odyssey van a year ago -- and so far both are perfect. Hondas are easy to shop for because models come prepackaged, so you just basically pick a model, trim level, and color. Crown has a large inventory and we found just the car we wanted on the lot. Charles was pleasant and professional all the way through. Admittedly, most sales people have to be that to be good, but Charles is especially so. We were definitely pleased with the Charles, Yates, and Bob team.
