I purchased a new 2012 RAM 2500 Laramie. I located the vehicle using the RAM website new inventory tool. I emailed the dealership and received a reply the same day. There were two almost identical 2500's available on the lot. I had many questions which Harry and Michael were proficient in providing prompt accurate answers. The price advertised online for the vehicle I purchased was competitive with other dealers. I was offered a better price via email. I did two more days worth of research looking for a better deal. Finally I called Harry and told him I wanted it but I wanted to trade out the drop in bed liner for MOPAR sidestep rails. I offered to pay the difference in price. It was almost closing time so the following morning we agreed no problem with the swap. It was now Friday and I live in Virginia so I told them I would be there to pick it up at 2 pm on Saturday. Harry said come on down. He even offered to get me a trailer to pull my Jeep home if I needed it. I arrived at the dealer on time, very nice looking dealership by the way. I was greeted at my car. The sales team was professional and courteous throughout the entire transaction. There was no haggling, the incredible price quoted was the price I paid. The 2012 RAM 2500 Laramie was fully prepped and ready. My wife, my daughter and I all enjoyed the time spent at the dealership. I put 250 miles on the truck getting home that evening. I could not be happier. I am telling all my friends and family about this dealership.
