I have always had a good experience at Ben Mynatt-even when I would come and look until I was able to purchase. The level of professionalism never changed. From the service to sales department. Never a bad experience. You know you are in a good place when being in the waiting room is fun, all the customers are happy!

2015 GMC Sierra Denali Review

I thought trading a 2014 for a 2015 was a scam. But Josh nand the team made it happen. Very easy and everything went without a hitch. Perfect. 100% A+++++++. I have bought 3 vehicles in the past 14 months and am very satisfied. The sales Dept have been great. The service department has been great even though they are small and get busy and backed up easily they have treated me great. Cindy, Tom, Betsie, Josh, Faith and the whole team did a great job.

This was not my first auto purchase with Ben Mynatt, my family and I have purchased many vehicles over the years. My Dad used to say that his Lumina was the best car he ever owned. I'm sure this Terrain will be a great vehicle for many years and the service I have received for Ben Mynatt has always been exceptional. My son and his new wife will be needing the Mynatt touch soon!

I definitely had a wonderful experience. Ben Mynatt has a wonderful team of individuals. My process took a little longer because the finance team were going back and forth with the bank. Sometimes this can be very frustrating; however none of the inddividuals on the team lost their cool. They exhibited a lot of patience. I would refer Ben Mynatt to all my friends

Chris, my salesman, was very courteous, kind, professional and worked with me in a timely manner. He was interested in what I was looking for and why. I have had 7 surgeries on my back and comfort is of the utmost importance for any real travel. Chris utilized other members of the sales team , where appropriate, and I was driving out of the dealership in my new car in the shortest time it has ever taken me to buy a car!

Tony at Ben Mynatt was friendly, knows his product and is very patient. I was in there so many times that the manager said that he thought I worked there, but when I am about to spend over $20,000 dollars It takes me a while to bite the bullet. Good follow up and good service at 5000 mile check up.
