I recently purchased a vehicle from Steve Moore Chevrolet and I have to say that I am very pleased with my overall buying experience. I worked with Ty J. and I've never dealt with a more honest and trustworthy sales associate. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Ty doesn't utilize the typical high pressure sales tactics which are a HUGE turnoff and would have ended the deal immediately. Unlike others I've dealt with, he respects the customer's time. He takes a genuine interest in insuring the customer is taken care of with attention to detail and professionalism that is unmatched by others. Such a refreshing approach to car sales and others (even at this same establishment!) could learn a thing or two about professionalism and how to work with customers from Ty. The truth is car dealerships are a dime a dozen, but the experience you get from a sales associate who takes the time to make sure you get what you want, without the games and high pressure, THAT is what makes the real difference and THAT is why I bought my vehicle at Steve Moore Chevrolet. I did get a reasonable deal, and that helps too (it wasn't an exceptional deal specifically as it relates to fair value on a trade-in) but the sale would not have happened without Ty's professionalism and attention to detail.
