I worked with Vatell and Sylvester. After a few rounds of email and phone negotiations, they called me and accepted my final offer for the 2008 Acura TL. I sent them an email with my out the door price and they replied and confirmed their acceptance.

Good Subaru servicing experience at Performance Subaru: by guy1974 on 11-13-08 (12:30PM)

Pros:: Good service done in a timely manner
Cons:: Customer facilities if you are waiting

My 2006 Subaru Legacy is regularly serviced at Performance Subaru in Chapel Hill and each time it has gone in (at least 7 times now over 2 years) they have provided a good service. They do all the required work in a timely manner and are polite. I will continue to use them in the future.
