I picked up my Q5 just over a week ago and want you to know that it was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Because I am not from the area, everything was handled over the phone and via email. Ken Bundrum took care of everything, including picking me up at the airport. He had all the paper work completed to minimize my wait and personally made sure the car was perfectly prep'd. His level of service and personal attention was exceptional, especially considering the likelihood that I won't be a repeat customer (only because I'm not from the area). Ken treated me like a neighbor and old friend, which was very much appreciated.
