initial salesman

Cons:

not honoring advertised discounts, asst sales mangers, gm, high pressure, long waits for information

Chuck Simmons, the salesman was very nice but it was downhill after that, dealing with the high-handed tactics of the assistant managers.  I dealt with three of them and all wanted to get into a confrontational, pyschological sales tactic mode.
