I was skeptical to take my car there because of prior experiences that I have had at other dealerships. Meaning upsales on services not needed, car salesmen trying to sale you a car while there waiting in the service department, and other things. I did not get any of those things there. They even honored the appointment time that was given to me. I was completely satisfied with the overall experience, even the bill.

I was very please with Ashley H. And the staff at Tim Marburger with my service. They changed my oil, rotated the tires and checked everything out. I also got it inspected. I was so pleased that they didn’t try to PUSH anything on me. My brake pads are a little low but he didn’t pressure me into getting them done this time. This gives me some time to get that done.

The Best Service Department

They have the most trustworthy and polite service department I have ever used. I’m in my 60’s and have used a lot. I had tire rotation,oil change and key fob programmed. Wait wasn’t long and my car was back and fixed perfectly. Only cons is they could have better sitting chairs in waiting room.
