Buying a car from a Nissan Car Dealer
dealership just west of fort worth, tx haven't signed anything yet, but was quoted $22,226 out the door for a: Altima 2.5S conv conv plus premium audio mats, splash guard, price i thought was competitive and includes: tent event cash back, memorial cash back, graduate discount, competitive dealer price. i think this is good and hopefully all the papers work out. i will finance at a higher rate and take all the cash backs. goodluck shoppers.
Ok so I am writing this a little late, but I just found this forum. In Nov. 08 I bought a 2009 Murano SL with leather, nav, dual sunroof, power liftgate, heated seats, bluetooth, almost all the LE's options except wheels, and awd. I bought in Dallas, TX area drove from Fort Polk, LA (military post about a 5 hour drive) The car was new never titled but was a dealer demo with 1200 miles. Sticker on a new one on the website was around 35k Paid 28000 out the door. Just wondering if I got a good deal. Thanks.
Titan SE 4x4 Crew Cab Big Tow Off-Road SE Popular with split bench MSRP is over 34K Non-sliding bed extender....but no bed utility pkg.. :-( I offered 31K over the phone. Sales guy said no. I told him ok and said I'd come in at the end of the week to talk about it. He said he could get there with the $2000 rebate. I said I was thinking 31K before the rebate. He said to come in at the end of the week and talk. We hung up. 10 minutes later he called me back and said they'd take 31K. So with rebate, I got my Titan for 29K.
Rebate in the first quarter of 2004 was $2500. Now down to $2000. So the MSRP of a Sentra 1.8 (not S), 5-speed, with typical equipment, is more like $12,400. How low can they go?
My dealer found a Murano with all my requested colors and features, but it is in Nebraska and we are in the Dallas Fort Worth, TX area. He says he can sell me the car for $100 over invoice, but says I will have to pay the delivery fee for the car. Since I assume they are trading cars, is this reasonable? If so, what figure is reasonable? He is looking into prices and figures now, and will get back to me.
