Hi, I am interested in buying the 2009 Nissan Altima 2.5S Coupe (Automatic) in the Houston, TX area! The details are below: MSRP $25,380 Invoice $23,643 Offer $21,743 ($400 below invoice plus $1500 dollar rebate!) Do you think I can do better? Also I am leaning towards not taking the rebate! Its $1500 vs. 1.9% APR. I was told if I don't take the special APR rate, the market rate is around 6-7%. Good deal? Decent deal? Bad deal? Any help appreciated! Thanks!

Help with 09 Murano SL

I'm a first time car buyer and beginning my search for an 09 Murano SL. I'm in the Houston, Tx area. The Murano I want MSRP is around $35k. (Tech, leather, prem packages). Would it be a reasonable expectation to be able to get them down to around $30k? We are open to when we will purchase. I think they will have better deals in December for EOY. Any suggestions, advice is greatly appreciated!!!

I've been shopping for an '08 Altima 2.5S with SL pkg and connection pkg. I'm in the Houston, TX area and the best deal I've been able to get is $23,995 + TTL. Just wondering if there are any thoughts on if I can get a better deal or not. Should I try to hold out until the '09 come out and then try to find a left over? Any advice is greatly appreciated. -Melissa

I would certainly take the deal if I were you...I have been shopping for a 2.5S with SL package and connection pkg. in the Houston, TX area and the best deal that I have been able to find is $23995 + TTL. I think I have a deal in the works to drive out for $25K, but I had to use my boyfriends VPP pricing with Nissan to get to this deal and I still had to talk them down about another $650 dollars to get to the $25K, as that was my OTD ceiling. Good luck...hope you get your car!

First I must say I love this site and wish I knew what I know now when I leased my first car...I got an offer from a local dealer in Houston,TX on a 3.5 SE Altima... MSRP $32,885 Selling price $29.838 Residual 58% MF .00087 39Months 15k. $369.64 Monthly payments 0 DOWN only first month... The selling price might be off slightly but according to my sales guy Im getting this car for $500 over invoice and I was also adviced that their is no sales tax on this deal... I still think I could get this lower though cause when I use the calculator Im getting about $15 lower on the monthly payments... I WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK ABOUT THIS DEAL?
