Fairly helpful: by rovingeye on Sat Oct 11 05:54:45 PDT 2008; This forum has been fairly helpful to me by going through experiences and I just wanted to share that I too have gone through and purchased my 2009 SL AWD (Merlot). To summarize, it seems that the Mid-west, West coast are the best places for deals on a Murano. The tri-state area dealers are sticking with their quotes and the best you end up getting is approx. $800-900 below invoice unlike the rest of our brethren who seem to walking away with as much as $3000 below invoice! I shall be sticking around if anyone wants to ping me on my experiences in NJ. I eventually made my deal through a dealer-partner of CarsDirect.com in Jersey City, NJ.

2007 2.5S with convenience package lease offer: by simon76 on Thu Nov 09 07:56:05 PST 2006; I just got off the phone with the nissan sales guy that I'm currently trying to make a deal with. The deal that looks like will get approved is a 2.5S with convenience package. It will be a 39 month lease (12k miles a yr) for $320 a month with no money down. But, he said i have to pay $1500 for registration, title, etc. Is this a good deal? or am i getting played? When i went into the dealership on saturday, the residual value they quoted me was 61% and the money rate was 0.002917.

I'm about to trade in my honda civic 2001 ex for a nice Maxima... What are other good deals for this car? I would like to get one with a sunroof & auto and xenon lights. SE would be nice with the tipotronic transmission, but required. please share your experinces on purchasing a new maxima in the NJ/NY area. Thanx in advance...
