Re: Gave in a bought an Altima yesterday... but got the hybrid on a whim [w [gregd1]

My local dealership did not indicate they they could get it transferred to me here. They led me to believe that I would have to travel up north to get my car (I am in Florida and the closest place for me would be NE) and that I would have to bring it back here. Once I brought the car back home, they could service it. Again, something about them not being allowed to sell them in Florida quite yet due to the Toyota contract. Good luck .... why don't you ask your local Nissan dealer and see what they tell you. :shades:
Altima 3.5SL Lease
by hwill1 on Mon Apr 21 16:29:04 PDT 2008
First, I want to say 'thanks' to all for sharing information here. I had never leased a vehicle and learned much here and at LeaseGuide.com. It greatly helped me understand the process and hopefully make a good deal. I negotiated & signed the following lease at Lake Manawa Nissan in Council Bluffs, IA (just across from west Omaha, NE where I live). 36 mo. / 12K mi lease on Altima 3.5 SL MSRP = $29,315 total [$28,380 + $135 (spl gds) + $175 (flr mats) + $625 (dest.) ] MF = 0.00122 and 59% Residual = $17,295.85 Adj Cap Cost = $27,666 which included: ($595 Acq Fee + $17 Title & Tire Fee) This got me into a monthly payment of $342.91 w/o taxes. At 5.5% tax where I live in NE, put me at $361.77 total monthly. My drive off was $361.77. They waived the security deposit ($350) due to good credit. They had a $179 doc fee but after negotiation, seems they waived that and then some (like $105 to get to the adj cap cost I wanted) so I could drive off at $342/mo. Plus, they found the color I wanted in KC and are swapping with a dlr there at no additional cost. Feel OK about it as it seems like just under invoice. Thx again CarMan and others.
Cleveland/NE Ohio Area
by lmyk on Fri May 16 07:54:31 PDT 2008
I have been investigating my CUV purchase since Feb. I have driven the Murano twice and I think its the winner (it was between the Acura RDX & Murano). I am looking to buy sometime between July and September. Anybody getting any good (invoice or under) deals/quotes in the Cleveland/NE Ohio area? I am looking for an AWD LE w/o nav & w/o entertainment, or an SL w/ similar packages (leather, tech, moonroof)- which ever I can get a better deal on.
Re: Altima 2.5S with SL package [sincraft]
by tltc on Wed Apr 09 19:03:01 PDT 2008
I traded in my Tahoe, so that changed my OTD (lowered my taxes paid) so I'm just going to give you the price of the car itself. I didn't go with the Altima with the tech pkg; I decided on a 2.5 with SL pkg, splash guards, mats, wind deflector, alumin kick plates and spoiler for $23,552, minus the $1,000 rebate = $22,552 plus TTLF. The dealership is located in NE Florida; I can give you more info if your interested. I spoke with many dealerships throughout Georgia and NE Florida. Hope this helps!

I leased a 07 Murano yesterday, I live in NE, here are the details. 07 SL AWD, msrp, $31,910, cap cost, $28,410, MF .00016, residual 47% for 39 mo./15k per year lease. Dealer kept the $500 rebate. Monthly payments $354 per mo. not including tax. If you have a dealer that still has 07's to sell they may be ready to deal. Up front cost, first payment and doc. fees of $199.
