I posted this in the buying group by mistake, but I wanted to post it here as well. Thank you all on this board for helping me work on what I think is a good lease. It was my first time doing it. I had very little time to research due to my wifes car dying and we cant be withou 2 vehicles. I just leased the 3.5SE LOADED including tech package for my wife yesterday at Sheridan Nissan in DE. $1993 down inclusive of $1079tax, 185-tags, $369 1st payment, $300-security deposit 15K miles per year 39 month lease Maybe I could have done better, but try to give a rookie (me) a break. When I walked in the door, they wanted 2K down and $550/month payment which is absolutely stupid. Thank you guys for all of your help. I gainnes alot by observing your conversations.

I am looking for the Rogue with the SL package in the Ames/Des Moines. Where did you find your deal?
price info

Today i made contract nissan Rogue Awd SL with premium pk, splash guard and floor matt for$23,400 inc des charge. MSRP is $25,050.00 so total payment 25,680.50 when i ask price to sale people at dealer, they said this is new car so they can't sell under MSRP, but i think you can buy at least 1000-1650 under MSRP and more lower. because this time is end of year. i used internet deal i think this is best way to save money and time. the dealer who gave me above price was cool,so didn't try discount more but i felt if i wanted i could. i am in NJ i am not an american this blog gave me a lot of information thank you so much.
Re: Just got Altima 2007 SE 6 MT with Technology PKG & VDC [chirocat]

The sport package and sun roof are included as do the floor mats, for that sale price. MSRP including des. charges was $32,275. I looked at the Accord MT6, and I was not impressed. For me, the Altima had a better total package (including the Sport package and VDC) that the Accord simply does not have (VDC) or it is extra accessories (Navigation, sport package components and the bluetooth interface to the cell phone - Works great!! - I live on my cell phone)that bring the price gap between the two to around $2,000 or so. Add the advanced electronics of the Altima, and it did it for us. Please do not get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the Accord, but we decided to go with the Altima. The TL had all of the Altima items, plus memory seats and power passenger seat. We chose to buy the Nissan Gold Preffered extended warranty for 84 months, 100K miles for a $1K, as we intend to keep the car and hand it over to the kids when they start driving (five years or so). So at the end, I have all the option for $29.1K. Simply put there are no more options to add to the car. I think that this is your target price as well. I hope this helps in your decision process. The good news, with the three cars that you mentioned - Altima, Accord and Acura TL, you simply can't go wrong. Good luck!!
