Horrible, incompetent service provided for one year inspection and follow up work. Made appt to bring car in told the receptionist it was for inspection, there was no inspection machine. The service manager told me he did not know anything about Honda, and could do nothing for my car. Then he called me the next day, and said he never said that. He did nothing to try to make me happy when I told him that the service team basically butchered the electric system in my car when I bought it used in 2011. He told me the repair person was just trying to rip me off, and it was "just a fuse" from someone who knows NOTHING about Honda?
