Words cannot express how much this location makes me want to rip someone's head off. The latest of a pile of issues since 2009 is the wonder of why I would drop off my car for service at 8AM Wednesday morning, inform that I will return first thing Thursday morning for pick up, only to discover that it was never serviced. It was never even put in as an order. And what does the service tech say to me in response? "Oh I thought I had more time." Sorry, I was unaware that it took more than 24 hours to change oil and check a clutch. No apologies. No other explanation. No people skills. Just because I don't cause a scene, does not give a customer service rep the right to test me & take advantage of my patience. I cannot wait to be rid of this relationship.
