Bought a used Mustang from this dealer. Salesman was a bit childish. Car had rumbling noise in front driver's side since day one. Took it back right away. They said it's just the "aggressive tires" making that noise. Took it back again, drove it with the mechanic. He acknowledged the noise and thought wheel bearing. They sent it to the Ford dealer. They replaced a sway bar on that side. Car still made that noise and Lia still insisted it was aggressive tires. Took it to MY mechanic who verified it was a wheel bearing. Lia still insisted on sticking their heads in the sand and said it's wheel noise, go away with your dizzy blonde head, pretty much. They like to play a game of "I know you are but what am I" They are all childish and treat you like a child. I actually had the Service Manager Dave Hoffman tell me "you have our loaner, you need to bring it back and pick up your car" The noise you and everyone else heard and acknowledged as unusual and "not right" was just aggressive tire noise, and it's time for you to go away. I called Lia Group corporate and talked to Mike Casten, the comptroller, and he never got back to me after saying he would. I had to call him to see what was going on. He had the same attitude as the dealership (I guess this is their policy), and told me no, we won't fix what isn't broken??????? Really?? That's how you treat your customers???
