Tried to purchase a late model used car from these folks. Day before I was to drive 200 miles to pick it up, the saleperson (Rex) called to say the car appeared to have been in a previous accident despite a clean CARFAX, and as such, could not be represented as a no hit car. Northtown actually bit the bullet and did not sell me the car. That just doesn't happen these days. Trust me, if they would have had a similar car on their lot , I would have bought from them just on general principle. Everyone likes to rattle off horror stories of car dealers. In 40 years of buying cars, I have more than a few. This dealership however is not one of them. Northtown Dodge gets the highest marks in my book, hands down.
