I have been a customer of Mohawk Honda for many years...and recently ran into an issue with my Civic Hybrid. My problem was handled professionally at every level. This Service Department consistently provides excellent service.....not only technically......they "listen" to what the customer is asking/saying; and do their absolute best to provide what is needed. I have recently moved an hour away from the area, but will continue to be a loyal Mohawk Honda customer! Thank you ~~
