It was my first car from this dealership, and at first everything progressed at a nice pace. However the closer we got to closing the deal the more the salesman (Harold) left me at his desk for prolonged periods of time, I even once caught him walking in with another couple from looking at cars. This happened several more times, as I had time constraints which I had told them about, they never culd get the work done in these time blocks to assist me. Work that they had agreed to do before my arrival was never done until I had been there over an half an hour. When we finally started on the paperwork they misspelt my name in several places, forgot forms - which lead to running back in forth on their part and more waiting time on mine, and incorrect information on at least two forms. After the forms were corrected, signed and hands shook and car driven home, I received a phone call two days later about missing bank statements, the need for a cosigner and other details that had already been negotiated on and handled. They constantly lost paperwork such as bank statements, paystubs, and credit scores over a span of nearly three weeks. They had also misfiled about a co-signer and eventually threatened (Literally in a yell over the phone) to reposes the vehicle if this was not done. they constantly ignored my work schedule and demanded I drive the half an hour to the location to correct their mistakes. Eventually they sorted themselves out (much frustration on my part). The only good that came of this deal was that I have a fairly nice Spectra5 (used). I refuse to get my service done at this place, much less ever purchase a vehicle here again. They still owe me a Spare key (a "We Owe" that I received at time of purchase and which is included in the contract) which they had agreed to call me when arrives - it has been four months.
