Had a very good experience with this dealership. They almost left my wife and I alone *too* much when we first stopped in to check out the cars. We were initially looking at a CPO GLK350, but then just stopped by to look at the new TSX Sportwagon. We eventually decided on the Acura, and then all there was left to do was negotiate the price. Anthony is the internet sales contact, and he did all the negotiating through email, which I appreciated. I only wanted to step foot in the dealership when it was time to sign the papers, and that's exactly what happened. Once my wife and I were there, there was no funny business. No extra fees (only the normal documentation fee, which was cheaper than most dealerships). Then we met with Karen, the F&I person, and there was no hard sell. I ended up getting the Xzilon treatment because it came with a touchless car wash program (over time, worth about as much as the cost of the treatment itself), and I was concerned about sap from our trees and figured if I bought right from the dealer, there was a better chance of them honoring/fixing any complaint I had down the road. Had I decided I did not want anything from F&I, I got the impression I could have walked out of there easily and there would have been no hard sell. Karen did contact me again via email a few days later just to make sure I knew I could still purchase an extended warranty at a later date. I didn't mind that. Better than a phone call. Overall, I really couldn't have been happier with the sales experience and highly recommend this dealership if you want a trouble-free purchase.
