Professional And Efficient

I contacted Rallye Motors online to inquire about purchasing a new Mercedes, an SL-Class. Someone got back to almost immediately and after emailing back and forth, I made the appointment to go in for a test drive. Doing the email thing saved me so much time. There was no haggling at the dealership because we'd discussed price on the computer. I fell in lvoe with the car as soon as I drove it, and the rest was easy. I have to say, everyone was very professional the entire time too.

So Happy

I recently returned my lease at Rally Motors. The sales representative was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I was extremely pleased by the entire leasing and trading process. Since my lease was up, I wasn’t sure if I was going to lease another vehicle or finance. My sales rep helped me make the right decision for my situation. I ended up leasing another vehicle at a cheaper rate, and the whole procedure only took about 40 minutes! Would recommend this dealership to ANYONE looking for a car.

Not Happy. Arrogant and rude.

Contacted via internet. Although internet sales manager was always contacting me and was accomodating, the internet salesperson was not. Hard to get reply then when finally spoke via telephone, was rude. Their initial offer was not too far off other dealer but in the end I went happily with other dealer due to attitude. Their loss. I am happy.

Bad Experience.

My husband and I have been deciding on a new car. We went to Rallye Motors on Monday night at 8:10 pm. We were politely told by the receptionist that a sales person would be with us shortly and feel free to browse. We browsed and then waited and waited and waited. There was one salesman, busy with another customer and another man who ran back and forth as if we were not there and then spoke quietly to the receptionist. Could he have been a manager? No one ever approached us again, asked if we needed anything, apologized for short staff, nothing. After 20 minutes my husband was ready to leave. I am in sales and more tolerant. However, at 9:00 pm, never having been approached by anyone, not a word, not an ounce of concern, we decided to leave as it was closing time. We have been to Infiniti, and Lexus. The reception at [another dealership] was warm and inviting and they generally seemed interested in selling us a Lexus. I wonder, is it the attitude of Mercedes-Benz or of Rallye Mercedes-Benz? I read on the internet that they pride themselves on being "woman-owned." I work for a woman-owned company and am proud of the service we provide to make customers happy. I would not go back to Rallye again. I would also like to suggest that they have a meeting an institute a better policy.

Leased a new car and overall was happy with the experience. I had researched selling and lease costs, and I knew what I would pay. Car was delivered spotless, and they spent 45 mins. teaching me about the COMAND features. No pressure to buy things like tire and wheel insurance or Ding insurance. I wish more people would post their dealer experiences.

The excellent experience I have had at Rallye Motors

I never thought purchesing a vehicle would be so easy. I went into Rallye motors in Roslyn N.Y and had the easiest and most pleasant experience. The sales associates were very helpful and always ready willing and able to answer my questions. After my purchase I had a few minor issues and questions . The sales and service departments were very eager to please me, my car was taken in right away I recieved a loaner vechile, and my car was returned back to me spotless and all my issues were gone. I suggest that if anyone is looking to purchase or service a new or used Mercades go straight to Rallye YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.

Staff is a bunch of [violative content deleted]. Do not buy from them

I was going to buy a CPO car from them, they told me the car had no paintwork. BS! I found out before buying it the whole rear end was re-painted because of an accident. They totally decieved me because I asked them straight out, has the car had any paintwork? They promised me no. To add insult to injury, their own bodyshop was the one who did the work. Walk away!
