My mother passed and I had to take my father home and I looked down at my miles and found I was due for oil change before driving 14 hours. I was not able to get a appointment before I left but I called the service manager, told him my situation and he said no problem we will get you in and they did. This a dealership that cares about their customers nit just the sale but the family/person

My sales person Mark Augusty has a full team behind him and they all work to make my sale happen. Mark has sold me several vehicles. Each experience is a pleasure. I felt the staff was very knowledgeable and they did not push you. They showed they cared about what you wanted in a truck and helped you find it. The buying process was easy. I came in at 2:45pm drove the truck they brought in from Buffalo and drove out with my truck at 6:20.

The buying experience in ordering a new vehicle was handled professionally. I ordered a new 2019 in October after shopping for a 2017. West Herr Ford recommended the 2019 and the price difference was negligible. A day before pickup they called and said they could save me another $250, which they did. A nice XMAS gift.

Had not purchased a vehicle in over a decade & Reuben Byrd, of West Herr Ford, made the experience pleasant. Of several dealerships visited, he was the only sales person to put a tag on the test drive vehicle & let me take out the vehicle alone & suggest that I keep it for the weekend. That time gave me the chance to check out the vehicle, it's options & size in comparison to my garage. Given this experience, it won't be a decade before my next purchase.

I purchased a new Ford Escape on Jan 19th, 2017 from West Herr Ford of Rochester. Our sales rep was Bueben Byrd and he provided answers to all of our questions. We met with him about 4 times as we were deciding which car to buy. We shopped at local new dealers for Honda CRV, Toyota Rav4, Lexus RX350, Nissan Rouge and Chevy Traverse. We ultimately decided to purchase the 2017 Ford Escape Titanium as it was the best car for us. Reuben had a lot to do with our great experience. He answered our questions and was there to help. I would characterize him as a low pressure salesman which is rare now days. When it was time to negotiate our deal at the West Herr Ford of Rochester I came away satisfied with the final purchase and trade-in price. I am not sure anyone ever gets all they are asking for, but in general I had a great experience. I didn't exactly get was I thought my trade-in was worth, but neither was it too far out, I ultimately agree to the deal. My recommendation for anyone buying or trading in a car, is to know your numbers and be willing to negotiate until you are happy or be willing to walk away. I highly recommend West Herr Ford of Rochester. Ask for Rueben Byrd. Tell him I sent you. I believe you too will have a great experience.

Good sales experience, when you go in with lots of internet information on the car you want, not much they can say about a deal. Not like the old days when you were pretty blind on what to expect. No problem with West Herr honoring what I expected to get.

Two days after a signed agreement and my down payment check cashed the dealer wanted more money. We again agreed on the original price and the next day the price increased again. Believe it or not we again agreed on the original price only to have the the price increased again. Finally had to walk away when the sales manager totally mis reperesented the situation.
