We were promised remote start and a hitch installed free of charge. 1 week after driving off the lot we got exactly that. I consider this acceptable.

Every time I have brought my car in it usually takes multiple trips back to them to get it right which begs the question if they can't get it done right the first time how often have they messed up little things like oil changes with no one the wiser?

I would give zero stars if I could. The service department is incompetent and rude. The service manager has systematically refused to work with me in finding a permanent solution to a problem that has been going on since Oct 2009. The Sante Fe check engine light would come on, they found no problem....
