salespeople lied about several facts we tested them on, business manager made chauvinistic comments

    Our purchase attempt was a comedy of  lies and errors from beginning to end. It was the worst car buying experience  I have ever had. Be aware of the EXTRA $100 "prep fee" that is never mentioned until you are in the finance office.

Unhappy With Scion Sales Experience

Bad information, poor customer service, lousy delivery process

We ordered a 2009 Scion Xb with nav system, xm radio, and remote starter nearly two weeks ago, and have gotten nothing but misinformation and excuses from the dealership since then about the actual delivery date of the vehicle. Good dealership

Pros:
Understood and worked with our needs instead of just trying to sell off their current inventory
Cons:
Couldn't negotiate to "Edmunds" prices.

We special ordered a 2008 Sienna. It was our first experience, and it went relatively smoothly. We chose to drive all the way to Rochester to deal with them over the dealers in the Syracuse area. They were far more receptive to fulfilling our needs. In the end, we would definitely do this again.
