Chris Bartolomei and his team did an excellent job with servicing my 2019 Jeep Cherokee’s tires as well as cleaning out the oil filter. Had I not known that it would’ve put a dent in my commute. So I thank everyone at Dodge for that. I shall be in next time for oil change as well as a tire rotation needed for my vehicle if need be.

Excellent service for lost key fob and programming

The second key fob for the car was lost, so stopped in to see if they could help. They had the fob in stock and the service team said they would fit me in. But it was near lunchtime, but quickly after lunch hour the vehicle was setup with new fob and the service team even checked for any computer updates and identified some so they did a courtesy update while the car was there. Now that's great customer care!

On time and no surprises

Excellent, very reasonable, friendly, helpful service. The estimated time was short and was met. No effort was made to upgrade or add unneeded services. The service rep walked me to the cashier. The car was parked facing out under an overhang, which was very appreciated in a snowstorm. Inspection, oil change, and tire rotation were $82. Honest, friendly, efficient service is rare, and I found it at West Herr.

unwilling to negotiate

test drove a 2014 town and country, took it to my mechanic to check it out, it had warped front rotors and needed new front tires, the salesman told me to replace those he would have to add it to the price of the van, Really? He was totally unwilling to negotiate. his excuse was that it's a used van. so they are willing to sell you an unsafe van but not willing to negotiate. stay away!!!
