Pros:: sales people
Cons:: long process to get a good deal

sales people are interested in making deals now since the economy is doing poorly. the inventory is pretty good for manhattan. in the end I was happy with my deal but you must be willing to fight hard for a good price. sales people and manager pleasant

Pros:: NONE
Cons:: This may sound silly but the fact they are a Cadillac Dealer is the only true [violative content deleted]...think about it

Went there to spend 80K on a caddy and they were obnoxious and rude and when I asked for the manager he told me to [violative content deleted] as well. I dont know why I bother retrying them every few years? i always end up ANYWHERE else.
