Bait and switched a Xterra 09 for a 2010 model by stating there are only 2 Xterras in the Tri state area neither of them the Trim Line i wanted and that they can give a 2010 model for $24500 ($4000 below dealer invoice)..great price when i left that day but a return phone call yielded the truth.....

Poor Sales. They spent too much time talking about the MSRP (manufacturer's suggested price). The key word here is "SUGGESTED". They want you to buy at full MSRP so they can earn thousands from you. They spent no time negotiating. AVOID THIS PLACE!
