We purchased a new Toyota Venza with virtually all pre-sales negotiation over the Internet. Toyota North gave us the best price of any Toyota dealership in a 50 mile radius. One wild card factor, however, which couldn't be nailed down to the penny over the Internet, was the value of our trade-in. We described the condition and mileage of the trade-in and the dealership gave us a narrow price range for the trade-in assuming that the condition of the car matched our description. They honored that price, making this the best deal we could find and worth driving 50 miles (and past three other dealerships) to close the deal. The most positive surprise was the time that the salesman took in explaining all the features of the car upon delivery. This was our first car with navigation, bluetooth and certain other features. He made sure that our cell phones were programmed and that we understood how everything operated. He must have spent an hour with us at the time of delivery. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
