My daughter and I walked in to this dealership just to look. At the time Mazda and Hyundai were merged together due to construction. She had just turned in her Jeep Compass because the lease was up and was hesitant about getting a car. We were helped by Vinny (Ravinder). He was actually working with Hyundai but helped us out. He was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable. We went there not really expecting to buy a car and ended up getting two. We leased the Mazda6 and the Mazda CX-9. The ENTIRE dealership is wonderful. It was a pleasure. Vinny is totally awesome and if it wasn’t for him we probably would not have made the two purchases, Pat gave us both the quick in-car technology training session when we picked up our cars John with the lease was great.

After compeletion of our recent car purchase I felt the need to write this review. From the minute we stepped into the dealership to the time we drove off in our new car - the process was flawless thanks to our salesman Manny. Manny is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the car sales, from the cars features to various payment plans. It was a pleasure dealing with him and this is coming from a guy who has stormed out of many dealerships- I highly recommend him if you are interested in buying a car

Bait and switch online pricing

Horrible, I purchased a used 2015 tahoe from this dealer .and was quite simply robbed ...they charged me the non advertised price for the truck, yes I was stupid and did not see the full contract that the Finance guy- Arnold folded up , go to someonew else, don't ever use this deakershio..[non-permissible content removed]! If they had a zero star I would use that

The staff was overly helpful, tried to find programs that I was eligible for when I was close to sadly leaving without a vehicle and not settling for a pre owned vehicle. I got what I wanted and I am very happy. I love my new car!

Joe (sales) very knowledgeable and professional...Maria in finance, again, very knowledgeable with NYS Law regarding insurance and was able to CORRECTLY get my insurance in order...she also, very professional. The showroom was spotless and ALL STAFF, friendly and very professional. This I did not find in many businesses in my recent experience.

Everything! Joe Guttilla was wonderful, he even saved me money on my car insurance combining it with my homeowners policy. I would go back there in a minute and recommend that dealership to any and everybody. Thank you for a great vehicle I absolutely love my cx-5 Mazda.

DONT BUY FROM MAZDA 112

I made the mistake of purchased a car from them. They lied to me about the options in the car, and the window sticker was not in the car or the owners manual. I brought the car back a few hours later and the salesman said sorry he would give me a free oil change. The next day I went to see the owner and he told me the salesman and his manager said they never said those options were in the car. They said that I should have read all the things they had me sign better. I would never set foot in there again. STAY AWAY

This afternoon I went to Mazda 112, and a young salesguy, I suppose he was, asked if he could help. I said that on behalf of my husband and myself, I need a serious lease price on the CX-9. He didn't offer me a seat, first of all. Left me standing there, while I leaned on a model car in the middle of the floor. He went over to talk to another guy at another desk, returned to me and just verbally tells me the range is somewhere in the mid $400's, depending on what I want, and the offers change month to month. He didn't ask me how many miles, what down payment, what options, but eventually asked if I want 2wd or Awd. I replied Awd, and he came back with a little scribble on the back of a card, of some high price. while I'm STILL STANDING THERE. I told him I'm not here to waste time and that we'll be comparing this car also, and he just kept on about how offers change, and residuals change, and it's going to be in the mid $400's, and after we've done our homework, to come back and we'll see the CX-9 is an incredible car. He didn't even give me his business card. I just walked out... Maybe he was a greeter screening who the serious customers are. They just lost one, and all my friends too.
