While buying a car can be an exercise in frustration and confusion, I feel as if I got a fair shake in purchasing a 2011 Elantra. If one does their homework and comes in armed with facts and figures, one can get a fair price from these people. Thankfully, I wasn't pressured into extended warranties, rustproofing, prepaid service plans...was pretty much vanilla. The showroom was crowded when I picked up my car, so I guess they're doing something right. My only suggestion would be to watch the fine print on the lease docs for what you pay if you don't buy the car at the end of the lease, or what you pay for mileage over 12k a year. On sales, I'd watch for items like "prep" that are preprinted on the forms that I'd ask to be waived. Just my two cents.
