Unlike the rest of the bad reviews, I had a pleasant experience at this car dealership. I went in last week and had the car in my possession in about 4 hours. The salesman, Daniel Chong, was of great help and very courteous. Even the manager was very likable. So, although I only had the privilege of interacting with only one salesman and manager, I want to say I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family!

You have issues if you find the manager likable. He's rude, offensive, arrogant, domineering, dishonest, conceited, and on with all other bad types of attitudes. When I was there, I thought "who does he think he is?" He's too arrogant for a lowly car salesman. From this alone, I would say that you aren't a customer, yet the dealership employee trying to drag up the rating a little bit. Too bad; what's bad is bad. You won't change the dealership attitudes just by making these lies.
