I had done a lot of research on the web, knew what I wanted, and knew what my trade in was worth. If you are reading this, you are probably at that point also. Rather than use the web for a price as I did for my last car, I just did a walk in. I was promptly greeted by three salespersons in discussion and immediately given their attention and help. Frank W. the salesman especially knowlegable on the GMC Acadia I wanted and all of its features and packages. He knew I had done my homework and proceeded to meet my cost and trade in expectations to our mutual agreement. I have been buying new cars for over 25 years and found this experience the least stressful and best new car sales experience in my life. I did not purchase a car on the lot, as I had specific features and color that I wanted. It took several days to find exactly what I wanted but Frank Williams found one for me The remainder of the sale thru delivery, paper work, and instructions on features went as smoothly as our initial meeting. If you want to buy a new (or used) car and want an excellent sales experience, I highly reccomend Frank Williams at City Cadillac Buick GMC as your first stop.
