Pros:: It was close to where I live. Big whoop. Dennis' arrogance saved us from buying a cruddy minivan.
Cons:: Condescending salesman who talked down to us and wasn't willing to negotiate.

Pros:: Good selection
Cons:: Horrible customer service, crappy salesman, and no tour

I went to a few chevy dealers, and though all the payments were the same, Heinrich does have a large selection.
