Very Poor used car purchasing exsperience - Dealer made right

Joe the General manager invited me to meet with him for a one on one conversation. I appreciate him time and talking thru my experience and the explanation of procedural safeguards the dealership has in place to avoid the issues leading to my disappointing experience. It is clear talking thru the events a few simple communication errors in dealership procedures were the root cause of my service displeasure. Joe's reach out and dedication to understanding in detail exactly what happened so he can improve customer service not just for me and this instance but so a similar situations do not occur was very apparent and appreciated. As I stated in my prior comments all staff at the facility have been very courteous and dedicated to customer service. I greatly appreciate the personal reach out and look forward to having my vehicle serviced at this location going forward.

Amazing Experience buying new Jeep Grand Cherokee

After visiting several dealerships across the region, I can not say enough good things about Goldstein Jeep. My sales Consultant Mike Davey was amazing. He helped me locate the new Jeep Grand Cherokee with a tow package I wanted and made sure I got a fair price. Mike was caring, knew the product line and efficient. There was very little stress with my visit. The sales manager Rick was very nice too. He did not play games with numbers. He gave me the bottom line price and was willing to work with me. After going to several other dealerships that played with numbers, I was blown away at the professionalism at Goldstein. They are a great dealership and very professional. They will work with the customer to make sure you have a great buying experience. The new building is absolutely amazing!!

The Salesman (Jon Noonan) and Sales Manager (Rick) went above and beyond my expectations finding the color and options I wanted for my new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They located the vehicle at another dealership. I was so satisfied with my buying experience at Goldstein that per my recommendation my son bought another 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Goldstein within the same week. Simple: I explained to salesman Andrew Favaloro what my current vehicle needs were, how much I wanted to spend and how I wanted to pay. The vehicles I test drove were beautiful for the age and miles on them - they don't sell junk. So far I am very happy with my purchase and may well chose Goldstein when it's time to upgrade.

I have purchase a second car in six years, first sale man was RIP All Green, this time it was Jonathan Noonan this young man two weeks on the job was just wonderful. He explained every deal to me and my son and patients was out of this world. I am very please with the selection on the Kia Serinto (Breeze) as I was with the Jeep Liberty (Buster). John was very acknowledge able of the cars I choose from and made sure I was pleased at the end. The picture at the end of 1/21/2017 was a very pleasable one.

I don't usually write reviews, but I'm happy to do so for my purchase at Goldstein: 5 star Dealer! Got a great late model used car at an excellent price and they made my experience feel like I was buying new. Everyone at the dealership was very knowledgeable, friendly, and delivered on their promises. After seeing the online ad, Rachel was my initial contact, set up the appointment, and when the weather turned bad at the last minute, was happy to reschedule. I traveled 150 miles to the dealership and the car was exactly as described in the ad and as promised. When I arrived, Jace had the car looking great and all set for the test drive. We had a relaxed, wide ranging test drive, allowing me to get a good feel for the car on all road conditions. Also, I wanted to check for leaks and he was happy to put the car through their on-site wash - no problem! The car was priced right, the team honored a discount coupon with no hassle and the transaction was completed smoothly and on time, very important given the distance I was driving. Post sale, I was pleasantly surprised to be given a followup checkup by a very efficient service department. Also, the lifetime car wash and power train warranty is a great bonus. I've had the car for a little over a month, put a couple thousand miles on it, and I am very happy. This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had and I thank Jace, Rachael and everyone involved at Goldstein. Best Regards. Steve H.

I typically dislike buying a new vehicle. But I must say Jace Patrick and Goldstein made my experience the best yet. Its a very low pressure family type atmosphere. Much unlike other competitors in the area. Everything was done professionally and the service exceeded my expectations.
