Great Buying Experience & Love the Car!

It was time for a new car, and after some research I was ready to buy a 2013 Altima, then I read Consumer Reports road test of the 2013 Accord and thought I should give Honda Accord a serious look. Hillside Honda has an excellent reputation in the community and has done quite a bit of charity work with my organization. I decided that if I was going to buy a Honda it should be from them, based on their years of support. I researched the options and features online and was able to get a good idea of what the car should cost. (Edmunds pricing report). So I entered the dealership with a good idea of what the cars were selling for (in the area) and much to my surprise they beat the price I was looking to spend. No tricks, no games, no pressure. My salesman was Mario, an absolute gentleman! He treated me like family. I was most impressed with his efficiency; he handled my trade-in and purchase quickly and accurately. I got the car I wanted and everything was done as promised. After spending some time in Hillside Honda is was clear to see the sales staff there flat out hustle! It appears they sell a lot of cars with a small staff. I would guess that’s how they keep their pricing so low. The funny thing is even though they’re very busy – they never let me feel rushed. Mario took his time to explain the entire buying process and show me how to operate all the features of the car (and there are a ton of gadgets, even on the base model which I purchased). The ultimate question when reviewing is always would you recommend this (product or service) to a friend? And the answer is YES! I could not be happier with Hillside Honda or my New Accord. Thank you very much for the best buying experience of my life and the nicest car I’ve ever owned. Your new loyal customer, Ken W.
